AOC MINERVOIS 2004 (Carignan, Syrah, Grenache), rouge, Alc. 13,5%
«Tempé's 2004 Minervois - a fabulous value - offers a very pure aroma of black raspberry and black cherry, an infectiously-juicy, polished, silken palate with subtle herb and spice accents, and a long, incredibly luscious finish of plum, cherry, rosemary and lavender.» (Wine Advocate)

PANDORA 2003 AOC Minervois, rouge, (Syrah, Grenache), 25 hl/ha, Alc. 14%
«Tempé did not quite work 2004-like magic with his 2003 'Pandora' but it is wonderful nonetheless. Chocolate, toasted pralines, blackberry preserves and wood smoke in the nose are followed a blackberry- and cassis-flavored, subtly smoky, salty palate of imposing richness, leading to a long, sweet finish behind which faint heat and 2003-typical tannins lurk.» (Wine Advocate)

PANDORA 2004 AOC Minervois, rouge, (Syrah, Grenache), 25 hl/ha, Alc. 14%
«A 2004 'Pandora' offers bright, ripe black raspberry and black cherry aromas and extraordinary concentration of sweet fruit and polished texture on the palate, with riveting complexity from notes of fruit pit, licorice, black tea, chocolate, chalk and roasted meats. Talk about combining head-truning, come-hither ripeness with head scratching intrigue: here we go! In ist combined appeal to the visceral animal and intellectual sides of the taster, this could be a fine red Burgundy...except of course for the sheer ripeness, plushness...the absence of snob appeal, and no doubt the price!» (Wine Advocate)

ORPHEE 2002 AOC Minervois, rouge, (Mourvèdre, Syrah, Grenache), 25 hl/ha, Alc. 14%
Discovery. Marc Tempé succeeded in carving three cuvees with masses of extract but as well finesse. 'Orphee', the best, unites full body, richness and pure fruit aromas with exotic notes which remind of âLe PinÕ in Pomerol. (Revue du Vin de France)
